All handmade pieces are to be hand washed in cold water only and perfect to line dry in the shade. Please be very gentle with these handmade pieces as they are delicate. Do not tug or strain them more than needed when putting them on or taking them off.

Due to our lingerie being made-to-order, this means you may have to wait up to 3 weeks before receiving your lingerie.

Due to the nature of lingerie being worn so close to the body Bizarre is unable to accept returns. This is due to health and hygiene regulations and all requests to do so will be refused. We do not offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size for this reason, so please make sure you refer to our size guide carefully.
